The Rotary Foundation transforms donor’s gifts into projects that change lives both close to home and around the world. As the charitable arm of Rotary, the Foundation taps into a global network of Rotarians who invest their time, money, and expertise into priorities, such as eradicating polio and promoting peace. Foundation grants empower Rotarians to approach challenges such as poverty, illiteracy, and malnutrition with sustainable solutions that leave a lasting impact.

Strong financial oversight, a stellar charity rating, and a unique funding model mean that we make the very most of contribution. Give and become a part of Rotary’s life-changing work!

District 7820 Governor for 2013-14, Greg Caudwell, challenged Rotarian to raise $1,000,000 for the Foundation’s work by contributing a minimum of $10,000 either as a direct contribution, as a bequest or by contributing $1,000 per year for 10 years.

Greg announced at the Million Dollar Dinner on October 1, 2014 that District 7820 had raised over $1.5M for the Rotary International Foundation. Rotary International President Nominee John Germ, in his first official function in that role, was the guest speaker and accepted the gift on behalf of the Foundation.
