Tracy is an experienced fundraising professional who has been providing operational leadership to local, provincial and national initiatives for leading non-profit health charities. Her primary focus and passion over the last 21 years has been in community-based fundraising, where she has achieved both personal and professional success.

She has many years of experience with organizational strategic and business planning. In addition, she has successfully developed and implemented programs and services, and analyzed and recommended processes and improvements which have resulted in budget savings, and improved constituent satisfaction. Tracy possess effective facilitation skills and has experience with public speaking and delivery of training and information sessions in a variety of situations.
